We will make reasonable efforts to notify users before removing listings, but we are not obligated to do so.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CarsInLesotho.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of CarsInLesotho.com or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

By uploading content (photos, descriptions, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between users and CarsInLesotho.com shall be governed by the laws of Lesotho and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lesotho.

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and content.
